Return & Exchange Policy

Nayaab by Jannat (Nayaab), a proprietorship firm incorporated under the laws of India ("we", "us" or "our") is managing and operating the website www.nayaabbyjannat.com (referred to as the "Platform") through which we offer fashion apparel/s listed on the Platform from time to time ("Product/s") to the users of the Platform ("User"/"Users" or "you"/"your").

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users. This shipping, return and exchange, and refund policy ("Policy"), together with the terms and conditions are as follows:

1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By using the Platform or initiating a request to purchase Product/s, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy. We reserve the right to modify and enforce this Policy at any time without prior notice to the User. If the Policy changes for a Product that users have already purchased under the old Policy, the old Policy will continue to apply to those users for that specific Product. For any new Product orders placed after the Policy change, the revised Policy will apply. Therefore, we recommend that whenever you intend to purchase Products through the Platform, you review the Policy to understand the current terms and conditions applicable to your order. 

2. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

A. SHIPPING

We provide free shipping pan India 

Product/s are shipped from our own warehouse in Mumbai. We aim to deliver the Product/s to you within 5-7 business days from receipt of the order.

Products will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for Products signed by a person other than the one who placed the order for the address indicated at the time. We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery. Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, two attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.

Please Note – During festivals, adverse weather conditions or exceptional unforeseen circumstances, there may be additional delays in delivery. We are committed to ensuring your parcel is delivered to you in good time.

B. RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. Eligibility:

i. Return* - We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Product/s: Products bought from the sale section are not eligible for exchange or return. 

ii. Exchange* – Only in the unlikely event that any Product you have ordered from Us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if Product delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you can apply for exchange of the Product.

In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please visit our website in the ‘Return Section’ or contact our customer service team at [contact information].

Instructions: Provide your order number, the Product/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return

Return Shipping: User/s are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective Product/s.

*Please note - To qualify for a i) Return or ii) Exchange a) customers must provide a valid video showing the unboxing of the parcel b) This video must clearly show the condition of the Product/s being returned c) The User will have to ensure that the Product/s shall be unused, unworn, unwashed, returned in their original condition with barcode and all tags attached and all packaging material undamaged. Such returned Product/s should not carry stains, sweat, detergent, or body odour.
